Review of W Magazine, September 1998 Some of the major advertisers in W Magazine are the following: Salvatore Ferragamo, Estee Lauder, St. John by Marie Gray, Lancome Paris, Calvin Klein, Prada, and Jone New York. W is heavy with fashion advertisers since the magazine is considered one of the most credible for gaudging the current state of fashion. Retailers are also present: Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Jacobsons to name a few. The combination of fashion designers and retailers as advertisers gives the W reader the most comprehensive review of fashion possible.
