Review of W Magazine, September 1998 Fashion houses change models annually (except in the rare occasion when a spokesmodel becomes associated with a brand, such as Elizabeth Hurley and Estee Lauder), so it is always fun to see the "musical models game" each year when the supers move around between designers. Prominent in W September98 is a fashion spread for Gucci starring Bridget Hall. Bridget has been modeling since her teens, but this collection really shows off her qualities. The images are black and white, with close-ups of Bridget's austere face and almost gothic frame. Gucci accessories are highlighted by their simpleness and profound command of the space around Bridget's frame.
